Kathy K. Kobata, CPA – Kathy has been with the firm since 1977 and a partner since 1982. She is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley. She is the managing partner and heads the tax department. Kathy concentrates on providing tax preparation, planning, and consulting services to individuals, partnerships, and corporations.

Bonnie A. Adcox, CPA – Bonnie has been with the firm since 1997 and a partner since 2015. She is a graduate of California State University at Stanislaus with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting. She has worked on a Master’s Degree in taxation at Golden Gate University in San Francisco. Her experience prior to joining Tostevin’s includes seven years in individual and business taxation and general business accounting.

Lynne T. Sexton, CPA – Lynne has been a member of the firm since 1979, having started out as a part-time tax season tax return assembler. Lynne graduated with honors from Carleton College in 1972 with a Bachelor’s degree in religion and attended Golden Gate University’s Monterey extension. She earned the Certificate of Completion in the California CPA Education Foundation’s Estate Planning Program in 2000. In addition to technical expertise in the fiduciary area, Lynne brings the ability to “translate” complex estate planning concepts so that the client can better understand them.
