CYNTHIA E. DAVIS, CPA/ABV,

Cindi Davis heads the
business valuation and litigation services department. She graduated from
the Santa Clara University in 1981, earning a Bachelor of Science in
Commerce with a major in Accounting. She obtained her Masters of Science
in taxation from Golden Gate University in 1993. Prior to joining the firm
in 1988, she worked in public accounting in the Monterey area and in
Anchorage, Alaska.
She began working in
business valuation and litigation services in 1984. In January of 1998 she
earned the Accredited in Business Valuation designation (ABV) from the
American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. In October of 1996 she
received her designation as an Accredited Member (AM) of the American
Society of Appraisers. She has testified as an expert witness and been
appointed as a special master by the local courts. Cindi is frequently
hired by both parties in a marital dissolution to help resolve and settle

Cindi has over twenty
years experience in taxation, including an extensive knowledge of taxation
relating to marital dissolution. She works in the area of consulting and
tax preparation for both individuals and businesses.
Cindi
is an accredited member of the American Society of Appraisers, and a
member of The Institute of Business Appraisers. She is also a member of
the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California
Society of Certified Public Accountants.
